DEVEREAUX PETERS, INDIANA FEVER FORWARD

The 3rd overall pick in the 2012 WNBA Draft, Devereaux Peters is a key contributor in the post for the Minnesota Lynx. Devereaux, nicknamed "Dev", is a 6'2" forward with a 77-inch (6'5") wingspan, a game changer on both offense and defense with her quickness, versatility, and athleticism. At Notre Dame, Dev was the first player in school history to register 1,000 points, 500 rebounds, 200 blocks, 200 steals and 200 assists in her career. She was the BIG EAST Defensive Player of the Year, a First-Team All-BIG EAST selection, and took home gold with the USA World University Games Team in Shenzhen China in the summer of 2011. As a Rookie in 2012, Dev helped the Lynx to their second consecutive WNBA Western Conference title and the league's best record. In 2013, Dev helped the Lynx to a WNBA championship. Devereaux spent the 2013-2014 overseas season in Russia for Dynamo-GUVD Novosibirsk, finishing the season top 10 in the Russian League in points, rebounds and blocks. Dev is known for her passion and intensity on the court and friendly, outgoing attitude off the court. The Chicago, Illinois native received her bachelor's degree in film, television and theater from Notre Dame's College of Arts and Letters.
